About The Position
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project & Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional projects from concept to execution while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational processes across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for optimizing workflows.
About the Role
- Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks and ensure smooth execution across all departments.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to keep workflows running efficiently.
- Lead and support business application projects from concept to implementation.
- Manage operational processes including documentation, and task tracking to support business requirements
- Define KPIs, maintain operational data, generate reports, and monitor performance.
- Use AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
- Support the COO in daily operations and company-wide coordination.

Requirements
- 1 - 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong technical orientation.
- Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English.
