Technical Project Manager
About The Position
We are looking for a skilled and technology-driven Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects and bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, translate technical requirements into actionable plans, and ensure that solutions are implemented efficiently and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take a hands-on role in building technical solutions — including scripts, API-based workflows, and automations — to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency
- Manage multiple operational and technical projects from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate daily work between Media Buyers, R&D, Data/Feed partners, Advertising Platforms, and Finance.
- Oversee implementation and validation of tracking pixels, APIs, conversions, and postback URLs to maintain accurate data flow across systems.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks, optimize processes, and implement scalable operational improvements.
- Provide clear communication and regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve technical or operational risks early.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong technical orientation.
- Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Advantages
