About The Position

The Junior Business Development Representative is responsible for driving growth by identifying and recruiting new affiliates into the network. The role focuses on prospecting, reaching out to potential affiliates, and generating interest in joining us.

Once a lead is generated, the BDR hands it over to the Affiliate Managers for onboarding and long-term relationship building.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential affiliates through industry platforms, databases, and communities.
  • Conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking events.
  • Pitch the benefits of joining the affiliate program and generate interest.
  • Qualify affiliates to ensure relevance, compliance, and traffic potential.
  • Transfer warm leads to Affiliate Managers for onboarding and ongoing management.
  • Keep detailed records of outreach activities and results

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
  • Ability to research and identify new opportunities in affiliate communities and platforms.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • A “hunter mindset” – proactive, resilient, and driven by results.
